Our merchandising activities are often based around a Check & Fix. Simply this type of visit would involve:

  • Match the stock levels to the system and correct where required
  • Merchandise with more stock and face up
  • Ensure Shelf Edge Price Label sited
  • Check promotions are running and activated

An audit is a systematic and independent examination of in store compliance and stock holding.
